39 Weeks and 2 days

I thought I'd start a blog for Noah "fans" to keep up with us once he's born. Especially those who don't have facebook to see pictures.

Normally, I wouldn't have started this until he's born, but since he's not born yet and I'm running out of things to keep me occupied, you will all have to keep up with me in the mean time...poor you!

I had my weekly doctors appointment today and to my dismay, he announced that nothing at all was happening down there. My cervix is still half thinned, same as last week. He said he didn't like to estimate when a baby would be born to avoid looking stupid, which I can understand.

My mom set up a pool to guess when the baby would arrive, and I suppose I loose because today was the day I guessed. I also guessed the 3rd, so we'll see how Saturday goes. You can take a guess too at http://expectnet.com/games/BabyBamba

Noah's nursery is ready to go! We finally had the closet door fixed this morning (it kept falling off the track) and we got our new vacuum earlier this week and so we don't have piles of pet hair in our carpets anymore!

I suppose Noah is just being polite and waiting on me to catch up on laundry, which is very considerate, and I should probably get on that. :)
